If you are unhappy with the way a court has ruled you can appeal that decision, but must give the court notice that you are appealing, usually within 30 days of a final judgment being entered by the trial court. This is a copy of the notice you must file with the court. It includes fill in the blanks for names, dates, etc. . . It is in WordPerfect format, but most versions of MS Word can open WordPerfect files. Dont forget to rate your documents after you download them in your My Account section.
